Lynn graduated from the rigorous 3000+ hr Registered Massage Therapy program at Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences. She was first introduced to massage when she learned Shiatsu in 2018. Since embarking on the path to become a RMT, her current approach now weaves in a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, deep tissue, acupressure, Swedish relaxation and active release techniques.

Lynn is led by genuine curiosity and enjoys treating a variety of body types and health conditions. Being an active person who loves to snowboard, climb, dance, hike, bike, and practice yoga, she is backed by a sound body awareness and understanding of movement and recovery. She spent two winters massaging at backcountry lodge, Baldface, which included massaging pro athletes and gaining valuable experience in targeted sports recovery massage.

Above all, Lynn recognizes that everyone is unique and is able to adapt each massage to address your needs. She incorporates deep presence and listening through her touch, to tune into your body’s current needs and responses as they arise.
